This significant collection is the first publication undertaken by Arthur H. Clark after forming the company. First edition. Each volume was limited to approximately 1000 copies. This set is complete with 16 matching volumes. Each with numerous illustrations, portraits, maps and ads. A rare find in exceptional condition. Blue cloth with gilt spine. Top edge gilt, other pages untrimmed.
