A very attractive copper engraved map of New England prior to the final settlement of the boundary between the United States and Canada. The early District of Maine is shown with its boundaries stretching into present-day New Brunswick. Provides a nice view of early settlements.

Condition: B

Nicely engraved with original outline color. Small old repair on verso, minor surface soil as well as some light, scattered foxing.
