From the first year that large colored state maps were issued by GLO. Good detail throughout including many named railroads. Copper and lead deposits shown in original color. Notes indicate widespread locations of iron, bituminous coal and lead.

References: Phillips (A) #1388-3.

Condition: B

Toned along some folds and some light occasional foxing. Backed with original linen with close binding trim, as issued. Two splits along folds archivally repaired.
