From the first year that large colored state maps were issued by GLO. Very sparsely settled with development restricted to the coastal and extreme eastern counties. The map's only road is labeled Oregon Central Military Road and extends from Idaho to Eugene City. Copper, iron and silver regions are shown and colored. Drawn on a scale of 18 miles to an inch.
