Very nice and early school atlas containing nine double-page hand colored maps. Atlas is complete and contains: double hemisphere world, thematic world map, North America, United States, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and another thematic world map. Maps are dated 1820 & 1821. Original owner's name in fancy manuscript on front blank page, dated January 1825. Paper covers. Published by Oliver D. Cooke & Sons.

Cover with very slight rubbing, more wear and splits to spine. Maps are good to very good with some scattered foxing. Original owners name on blank verso of first map.
