Very handsome sea chart of the region from Korea and Japan through New Guinea. Several coastal towns noted, but little depicted in the interior. Japan is shown in Bellin's distinctive style. Good detail of the islands of Indonesia. The chart is centered around a striking compass rose with radiating rhumb lines and it is further decorated with a delicately engraved title cartouche.

Folding as issued. Fine crisp impression and later color. Tiny bit of faint offsetting, still fine.
