These are today's Isla San Ambrosio and Isla San Felix, both belonging to Chili. The islands are about 600 miles offshore and are considered a bird watchers paradise. The track of the expedition is detailed. Arrowsmith produced this map for Colnett's publication, but this is an unfolded example that was separately issued. We find no reference to this state. Engraved by Thomas Foot, the principle engraver for the Board of Ordinance.
