Finely engraved plan in 20 sections on linen, as issued. Terrific detail throughout including bridges, scores of buildings, streets and parks, etc. Legend and coloring indicate city limits, planned streets and buildings, etc. Numbered key locates 31 Parishes. Map and dust cover have original labels in very good condition.

Good impression on sound paper and linen. Areas of light staining and foxing within map. Slipcover is very worn and stained, but fully intact.
