Fine map of the region filled with detail. The large title cartouche is engraved onto a drape held aloft by putti with the mythical figures of Neptune and Mercury examining the Dutch East Indies on a globe. A cartouche containing three distance scales ornament the opposite corner.

Slight toning at fold with tissue repair on bottom separation, just entering border.
