Large handsome map of ancient Greece based on Nicolas Sanson's work. Includes all of the islands, Crete and the Turkish coast. In this second state the course of the Haliacmon River is corrected. Large, decorative title cartouche. Only the borders are colored.

Condition: A

Fine impression on thick, soft paper with two large watermarks. A few minor marginal tears, hint of offsetting, couple tiny spots, still very good.
