Fine Dutch Bible map covering the region between the Mediterranean and the Persian Gulf, featuring the Garden of Eden with tiny engravings of Eve offering Adam the apple and the expulsion from the garden. The map also includes the route from Ur to Canaan, the journey of the Children of Israel to the Promised Land, the location of Noah's Ark in a mountain in present day Iran, and the scene of Jonas and the whale. The map was drawn by the grandson of the famous cartographer Cornelis Danckerts and engraved by Albert Schut.
