Superb large-scale sea chart covering all of Ireland and the western coasts of England, Wales and Scotland. Large inset "Carte de la Riviere de Dee, ou de Chester depuis son Entrée jus qu'a Holt." The chart was engraved by Herman van Loon and is handsomely appointed with three compass roses, rhumb lines and a strapwork distance scale cartouche and decorative border surrounding the inset.
