A fine bird's-eye view of Loja nestled between rolling hills. The Alcazaba fortress and churches are prominently rendered. In the foreground the artist (Georg Hoefnagle) and his traveling companion are seen on the road to the city.

Condition: A

Overall very good with a crisp impression. Two tiny binding holes on fold which is reinforced with light tissue. Verso edges covered with white framer's tape.
