Second title page is GPO Special Publication No. 3 with title as given and introduction by Henry S. Pritchett, Superintendent. Over 30 pages of place names index. Thirty colorful full-page maps by the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey, but with Spanish titles. Original cloth covered boards with gold embossed title on front cover. A scarce atlas in remarkable condition.
