First (9.5 x 6.2") is a map of Novaya Zemlya and the Russian mainland opposite. Second (12 x 7.7") is a map of the strait between Novaya Zemlya and the mainland of Russia, discovered by the Dutch in 1594. Both with decorative cartouches.
