Decorative map covering the region from the Middle East to northern India illustrating the eastern extent of the Roman Empire. Includes a large Eastern Hemisphere at top right corner with partially delineated Australia. This map originated with Delisle, but is here updated with an entirely different shape for the Caspian Sea. Embellished with a decorative title cartouche
