A beautifully engraved and colored map that features an Independent Texas and Oregon Territory extending well into Canada, Central America and the Caribbean. Mexico controls all of the Southwest and California. Individual states are not shown, but the Republic of Texas is well shown and labeled. Alaska is Russian America. A seldom seen issue.
