Decorative map of the Anjou Region, centered on Angiers and the Loire River Valley. Fully engraved to show mountains, rivers, forests, cities, villages and even bridges. The beautiful title cartouche represents the important wine industry and the map is further ornamented with two coats of arms and a decorative distance scale. Latin text on verso.

Original outline color with uncolored cartouches. Minor crease on fold and a couple of tiny unobtrusive spots, still very good.
