Superb map of Nord Pas-de-Calai focusing on the fortifications and transportation network in the region. The map is based on the cartography of Delisle and provides excellent detail of the region from Dunkerque to Abbeville and inland to Lille, Douai and Cambrai. Decorated with a splendid (uncolored) title cartouche.
