A very uncommon and superbly decorative map of Lower Saxony; the region southwest of Dresden. The map is embellished with large title, key and scale of miles cartouches and a compass rose. But the most interesting features are the myriad of different symbols representing the cities, towns, churches, farms, postal stations, mines, mills forests, etc.
