This small map of Florida and the south that is based largely upon the earlier maps of Sanson and Duval. It provides good detail from the Mississippi Valley to Florida, retaining the spurious May Lake and an incorrect location and course of the Mississippi River. Ribbon style title cartouche in sky.

Beautiful impression on thick hand laid paper with full margins. Lovely later coloring.
