Finely rendered map of the continent with most geographical information along the coastlines, as is typical of the period. The source of the Nile is still confused; rising both from two small lakes, located in the Montagnes de la Lune, and from Lake Dambea. In the south there is a minimum of place names and a few tribal names. The prime meridian is shown through l' Isle de Fer par Louis XIII.
