Three engraved bird's-eye views of Mexico City from de Solis' History of the Conquest of Mexico by the Spaniards. The first is a finely rendered view of the city with its surrounding lake, 10.5" x 7.5". The second is a detailed view of a temple with numerous figures and human sacrifices taking place at the top, 10.2" x 7.7". The last is a beautifully rendered and engraved view of the area around Mexico City and its lake with a legend identifying eleven important locations, 20" x 8.6".

All are beautiful, dark impressions on thick hand laid paper. Folding as issued. All with one or more narrow margins, as issued.
