A large map of the Netherlands fully engraved with remarkable detail including terrain, rivers, offshore shoals and sand bars, a myriad of place names, and much more. The Zuyder Zee is shown at its fullest extent, before the dykes were built to recover land. Engraved by Neele and drawn under the direction of Mr. Pinkerton and L. Herbert.

Condition: A

Fine impression and original outline coloring on thick paper with wide margins. A little surface soil and a centerfold split just into border, still very good.
