A large and strongly engraved plan shows the battle for control of Fort Louis that occurred in Alsace in April of 1703 during the War of Spanish Succession. The topography is graphically rendered with detail of troop placements and movements keyed in a decorative cartouche featuring a lion and an eagle. Title in both Dutch and French at top.
