Spectacular 19th century map of Corsica surmounted by an eagle carrying Corsica's most famous native son - Napoleon Bonaparte. The map is elaborately decorated with Corsica's produce, grapes, olive oil and an abundance of seafood.

A small area of insect grazing in blank margin. Small tear in blank margin, and a light spot of foxing just inside the map.
