Very handsome map of the Philippines and the famous Spice Islands of present-day Indonesia. The map is oriented with north to the left and beautifully decorated with a pictorial cartouche and elaborate picture-frame style border.

References:

Condition: B

Light scattered foxing and a couple of minor printer's creases. Trimmed nearly to neatline and mounted on heavy paper, possibly for inclusion in a composite atlas. Mat burn on heavy paper from a previous framing.
