Ronald Vere Tooley founded this great magazine in 1977 and over the next two decades it built a reputation as a highly respected resource on the history of cartography and collecting antique maps. Each issue contains a wealth of information written by the most respected researchers, collectors and dealers. A large number are represented here, starting with the first issue. Set includes No's. 1, 8, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27-31, 33-35, 37-53, 55, 56, 57 and 70. Plus indexes to Issues 21-30 (2), 31-40, 41-50 and 51-60. With a few duplicates: No's 22, 28 (2), 48 and 56. Also six copies of No. 28 as a reprint with only the British Library Map collection articles. A remarkable collection of reference information.
