Real estate advertisement map with the detailed development plan taking up most of the surface, with lot prices by streets in manuscript. Different colors of red may indicate availability. Some text at bottom noting that Pleasantville is a suburb of Atlantic City. Developer notes that owners are given access to their lots at front and rear, "an advantage not given to holders of lots on many tracts of land." The Atlantic City and Philadelphia addresses of the developer, Joseph C. Farr, are given. A rare example of cartographic advertising ephemera.
