Broadside with a circular bird's-eye view map (4.3" diameter) titled "Bound for the Happy Lands" showing the route from St. Louis to three destinations in Texas - Dallas, Austin and Galveston. Also much information and rates for "Seekers of Land in Arkansas and Eastern Missouri" over the popular St. Louis, Iron Mountain and Southern Railways. Filled with catchy marketing phrases. Printed one side only with stamp in lower margin for Henry H. Hannan, Land Agent. Printed by Jno. McKittrick & Company, St. Louis. A very scarce emigrant advertising broadside.
