A scarce issue by Webber & Nowlin of Little Rock, Arkansas. The map covers the entire state and shows the extensive railroad land for sale, "Selling for two to six dollars per acre." The map is the centerfold of the Spirit of Arkansas. A Journal for the Farm, Home and Workshop, published in Little Rock, April 11, 1878. 16 pages, front and back page with purple stamps of Henry H. Hannan, Swan Creek, Ohio, advertising maps and guides for land in Texas and Arkansas. A rare Arkansas piece of ephemera.
