Striking map of Scotland heavily engraved with mountains, forests, rivers, place names, and stippled seas. The large strapwork title cartouche and calligraphy make this a very attractive map and a fine example of the art of engraving. Latin text on verso.

Condition: B

Lovely original color. Toned with a bit of minor offsetting. Small tear in bottom margin, not affecting map.
