This little French prayer book is entirely hand written and embellished with drawings. The title page illustration is signed but the signature is illegible. The text follows the Mass in French and includes the Seven Penitential Psalms, the Litanies of All Saints and the Virgin. The booklet is bound in red leather with gilt embossing on the covers and spine, gilt edges and marbled end papers.
