Matched pair of maps drawn by A.C. Peale that show in red overprinting the location of mineral springs and mineral spring resorts. It is surprising to see how many mineral springs were used as resorts. Published in "Natural Mineral Waters of the United States" by Peale that was included in the USGS annual report.

Condition: A

Folding as issued. Fine impression with full, original margins. Slight hint of toning along folds on both. The latter with a fold intersection split, still very good.
