Nice pair of steel engraved maps of southern states with Mitchell's fine engraving style and decorative borders. Both are well detailed with numerous cities, towns and roads, railroads, and steamboat routes. Lot includes 1) A New Map of Tennessee with its Roads and Distances from place to place along the Stage & Steam Boat Routes. 2) A New Map of Kentucky with its Roads and Distances from place to place along the Stage & Steam Boat Routes. Each approximately the size given.
