Very seldom seen pocket map issued by Matthew Dripps. The large folding map has two maps on sheet, one of Manhattan below 131st Street, the other continuing north to Yonkers City with Edge Hill Park and Mount St. Vincent. Folds into original gilt-stamped cloth cover. Cover has original paper pastedown on inside front cover listing all of Dripps maps available and ones being prepared.

Condition: B

Map has a little scattered toning and some fold intersections with archival tape repair to verso with some slight loss, otherwise very good. Cover is fine.
