Superb panoramic view of the city of Copenhagen during the siege during the Second Northern War between Sweden and Denmark. The engraving provides an excellent view of the city and her defenses trapped between a fleet of ships in the sea and a large army in the foreground. Surrounded by an elaborate border with a large explanation cartouche. On 3 joined sheets, as issued.

Slight toning along on joint, else fine. Left sheet is a slightly weaker impression.
