Land promotion map that folds into red printed wrappers titled "Map of Texas The Imperial State - Southwest Texas The Eden of America Presented by Nicholson, Furnish & Smith The Texas Land Men San Antonio - Texas." The covers measure 3 x 5.5 inches. The folding map features red over printing with a red circle locating San Antonio. It is copyright 1902 with revisions to 1907. The entire verso is an extensive listing with populations of towns and cities, all keyed to the map. The back of the cover further markets Texas land with notations such as "There's Money in Texas Land" and notes their branch office locations in Uvalde, Spofford, Artesia, Alice, Carrizo Springs, and Cometa. Printed by the Kenyon Printing & Mfg. Co., Des Moines, Iowa. A desirable promotional map for the Texas collector.

Condition: A

Cover is in very good condition with some light soiling. The map has two tiny fold intersection splits, one spot near Brownsville, and short tear at binding trim when pasted to cover, still very good.
