Very detailed and finely engraved chart of the main islands plus the eastern coastline of Denmark and a little of Sweden. Beautiful and elaborate cartouche with crest, numerous mermaids and a large vignette of the approach to Copenhagen with ships in the harbor. Title cartouche uncolored, as issued.

Very nice impression on thick paper with adequate margins less bottom which is approximately 3/8". Old color. Water stain in lower corners, else very good.
