Interesting comparative chart presented with the mountains and volcanoes at center and the rivers at the top. Major world cities are shown scattered across the mountains at their appropriate elevations. Text key at both sides gives mountain heights by the continent. This lovely sheet is the frontispiece for Desilver's scarce edition of the New Universal Atlas with Desilver's distinctive borders.

Borders and text areas uncolored, as issued with good original coloring in mountains and rivers. Offsetting visible from the title page. A few short marginal tears at top edge.
