A fine and highly detailed copper engraved plan and elevation of a large three-masted sailing ship. The details include two sectional views, a cross-sectional view and two top views with cutaways to the lower decks. Small figures give additional detail of mast construction and mounting. Remarkable detail of the interior of the ships showing the six decks, numerous compartments, some with cargo packed in stones or sacks, the anchor rope stowed, and much more. A terrific ship plan beautifully engraved by Benard.
