This expansive map of Russia extends to show China, Korea (Corea), and Japan and delineates the Great Wall. Lovely cartouche features a three-masted ship. Scroll-like inset lists names of 24 regions keyed to the map. French title above top border, "Carte de l'Empire de Russie & de la Grande Tatarie…"

Very nice map with dark impression original coloring and margins. Short tear just into map at left, and small light stain near centerfold, else very good. Some marginal staining, remnants of hinge tape on verso.
