A pair of fine and highly detailed copper engraved plans and elevations showing a large three-masted sailing ship and some type of dock or dry-dock. Includes two sectional views, a cross-sectional view and two top views. Remarkable detail of the interior of the ship showing numerous decks and compartments. The ship mates exactly with the dock, so this may be an under construction or maintenance diagram. These are terrific ship plans beautifully engraved by Benard. The plates are titled "Pl. 84. Marine" and "Pl. 86. Marine."
