A very nice turn-of-the-century atlas complete with 118 double-page maps including maps of each U.S. state and territory. The maps are packed with detail with railroads shown in red. All are printed on one side only, which is unusual for atlases of this period. 402 pages including an extensive index. Hardbound in original quarter calf over cloth boards, marbled end papers. A large collection of double-page maps that are all in fine condition.

Covers are rubbed and bumped, with cracking to spine, green tape to hold spine panel. Front cover is starting. Signatures tight and all maps are fine with clear bright impressions and great color. World map has slipped from backstrap.
