Fine volume containing 40 steel engraved plates with extensive descriptions of the region. 128 pp., 40 plates + frontispiece and vignette on title page. Images approximately 5.5 x 3.5". Original quarter calf binding with raised bands and gilt on spine. Page edges gilt.
