The handsome title page is from Ortelius' supplemental atlas of the classical world. It is beautifully engraved with a man holding a celestial globe on the left, a woman with a terrestrial globe on the right, and mythical figures above. Latin text on verso.

Fine impression and lovely old color. Some manuscript ink notations in right margins, that just touch the plate mark.
