Zatta produced three maps of Scotland; this being the general map that details the entire country and its islands. Scroll style cartouche details the Shetland Islands. A pictorial style title cartouche adorns the upper corner. This is a very early issue with layout lines evident on the plate.

References:

Condition: A

Fine, dark impression and original coloring on thick hand laid paper with wide margins and two large watermarks. Just a little foxing or toning around Berwick, still very good.

Estimate: $150 - $180
