This detailed regional map covers the Rhone-Alpes region with a small portion of Italy. It includes the cities of Lyon, Grenoble, and Turin. Fortified cities, small towns, monasteries, roads and canals fill the landscape along with topographical depictions of hills, mountains and forests. At the top right is a large title cartouche embellished with mythical figures overseeing a battle.
