Splendid map that covers the Ukraine and extends to take in Moldavia, Romania and Bulgaria. The map is beautifully engraved to illustrate the topography and show the locations of the major fortified cities, villages, and roads. The handsome title cartouche reflects the struggle for Ukrainian independence by the Cossacks.
