A fine lithographed map detailing the small town of Huntingdon. The plan names all streets and identifies land parcels and plots. Shows the course of the Juniata River, the Huntingdon & Broad-Top Rail Road, and Cypress Island. At upper right is a finely rendered "View on the Juniata, below Huntingdon. Taken from the Penna. R.R. Station House." Signed in the plate "Surveyed May & June 1854 by J. Simpson Africa, Co. Surveyor." Printed by Friend & Aub Lith., Philada.
